The Plant-a-Seed Project

Therapy is about planting seeds that grow & provide nourishment to ourselves and those around us. For each figurative seed that is planted in the therapy room, Betterment Health plants a literal seed in honor of that work. So far in 2026, we’ve partnered with the reforesting efforts at One Tree Planted to plant 150 trees!

Every time you show up for yourself and those around you, you show up for all of us by caring for the only home we’ve ever known. Thank you for your hard work & dedication. Let’s grow our world as we grow ourselves.
